Textbook: Dieci Lezioni di Italiano A2 - Available from Abbey’s Bookshop, Sydney CBD and other major retailers. This course is ideal for A2 level students, for those who have completed Elementary A2.1 or who have completed 120 hours of recent tuition. Among other things, you will learn how to describe how you feel to a doctor, congratulate someone in the proper way and state pros and cons about different sports. Grammatical development (e.g. of formal imperative and the difference between passato prossimo and imperfetto) is emphasised through various speaking, listening and writing exercises. The course is delivered as a series of interactive workshops, where active participation is encouraged.
